Well, the majority view seems to be that more is always more so I took your advice and went for a highly embellished look. (see this post, if you don't know what I'm talking about)
The woodgrain cardstock is by DCWV and has a lovely texture. The felt flowers were freebies with a French scrapping mag and I had the border in my stash for ages. They were both a perfect match for the hydrangea in the photo. The doilies and bakers twine are both from the Tea Party Collection from Dovecraft. Such a pretty range. I cut the butterflies from a scrap of paper and glittered them up with Stickles.
