I had saved the pipecleaners and the stars from when M made her Easter bonnet (you can't see in this photo but there are stars around the brim). I scattered the stars and gems in a diagonal across the page.
The title was created with 2 pipecleaners and adhered with Glossy Accents. Unfortunately, I was too impatient to let the GA dry properly. I thought it hadn't stuck so moved it around and ended up with a mess of glue visible around the word Easter and a gap bewteen the S and T. To try and cover it up, I used a stipple brush to dot pink ink around the title and the embellishments. It spoils the clean brightness of my original page, but I had used up all my papers and stars so I couldn't start again.
Do you think I can get away with saying it was deliberate because it's a layout about something a child made?

Honestly..you can't see it from here :) I messed up a card with Glossy Accents yesterday..it's magic stuff, but it certainly doesn't always go according to plan. A lovely page, even with extra shiny bits!
Well, I have to say that none of what you've described is visible from where I sit - truthfully. What I see is a stunning photo enhanced with pretty papers and a bright title :).
I think it adds to the fun feel of the page. Glossy accents can be such a fickle mistress!
