Some therapeutic cardmaking.

I haven't made any cards for ages and I had none at all in my stock so it was time to go back to it.

I also needed to take my mind off school placement worries this weekend, as there was nothing I could do until the start of term, and I ended up making 6 cards in a single session.

All these cards are made with papers from my scraps box, with pieces too small to use for scrapbooking. I never spend money on cardmaking, except for card blanks and the occasional sheet of greeting peel-offs. I bought the Dovecraft Princess decoupage kit some time ago, with photos of my daughter in mind, but I hadn't touched it so this still feels like using up old stash, even if it is didn't come from my scraps file.

I've deliberately left spaces for greetings on most of the cards, as I don't know what they will be used for yet.

Golly , that's a lot of creativity on a small space - the cards are so different to each other! I love that third one especially...

boxes of pp or embossed bits are always one of my favourite designs. Lovely to hear you'd got time to sit down and play.
