What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday?

Hi there, is it really Wednesday again already? My desk is still nice and tidy, click the photo for detail.
I have a finished birthday card and necklace for my Nan. The stamped lady, by Stamps Happen,  is perfect to display the jewellery gift. My 89 year-old grandmother is an inspiration - she lives by herself and drives (she's duty driver for several 'old dears', most whom are a decade younger!). She is always immaculately dressed and has a jewellery collection to die for. However, I know my humble handmade piece will be treasured, just because it is from me.

You can also see the makings of an anniversary card for P, but it isn't really coming together very easily. Not sure why, but I have a week and a half to figure it out so I won't panic yet.
If you want to see some other desks, pop over to Julia at Stamping Ground.

PS: KathyJo you have until the end of the week to send me your address for Pass the Book or I will have to make the draw again.

Love your card, its beautiful. Your comment about your Grandmother made me smile- A Great Aunt of mine used to live in the local Almshouses, and in her 90's, she would go shopping for the other ladies that lived there. She would say 'they struggle to get around, bless them'- they were all in there 60's & 70's!

Lovely coloring on your card. I never start a card a week and a half before I need it!
