There is much to be learned from listening and I know I am often guilty of jumping to conclusions before I have listened to the whole story.
Anyone else care to share their resolution?

Oh, that's an excellent choice. Listening is something I don't do when I get tied up and busy with too many other things, and that's simply not right.
That is a good one indeed... mine is almost boring: Healthy is the word I want to be reminded of, as in making healthy choices throughout the year :)
