WOYWDW & Ten on the Tenth - Through the Keyhole

What with following along with 20 Days to Organise Your Home last month and laying a new kitchen floor, I have several photos of dfifferent areas of my home looking OK. I'd like to link this with What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday because, although I've been shockingly bad at joining in recently, I am so looking forward to meeting Julia, Jan and some of the other talented ladies on Saturday.
So, welcome to my world. Starting upstairs:

Our tiny master bedroom. Just room for a double bed and a wardrobe with sliding doors. I don't have a lens wide enough to show you any more (although I did tidy up behind where I'm standing for you)

A 10-yr old boy's retreat
The boudoir of my 5-yr old princess
Her bed and favourite teddy

 The smallest room.

 Downstairs:
The kitchen - with new floor

The (very lived-in) living room

The dining room / office. My desk and craft stuff takes up quite a lot of the room, but we do eat here every day, so I can't leave projects out on the table

Finally my WOYWDW desk, as it looked on Tuesday pm. 2 layouts ready to be phgotographed and put away - I'll share those soon

. I'm going to use this collage on a layout too soon, to record what the house looked like at this stage of our lives. I think it will be fascinating in the future.

Great plan to keep a collaged record of your family home... we're about to sell the family home of 40+ years, and only now realising we've very few photos of the rooms as they've mutated. Happy WOYWW!

hehe - isn't this taking WOYWW a step too far! Showing everyone my work room is one thing - showing my entire house with all the boxes/bags and crafting stash would really be an eye opener! Great idea to keep pics and the collage looks good though. x Jo

I couldn't show my entire house without major planning and tidying first!

Great idea to use the collage, I love the thought of recording the everyday memories.

Through The keyhole is a brilliant idea for a 10 - in fact you could organise a whole blog hop round it :)

Hi Kirsty,

The new floor looks great - kind of like satillo tiles (I have those in my living and dining room. I should get on a program to organize my entire home too! I think it would be fun AND challenging!

Happy WOYWW

I saw that Organised Housewife thing, too late luckily!

Love the collage I often do this on Picassa or PicMonkey when I can't choose just one photo for Photo a Day

Enjoy Saturday, wish I was going too
Next time
