What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?

I used the pretty little party bag kit Julia and Lunch Lady Jan gave us last weekend to finish off my Learn Something new Every Day box. I have a card for each day. They are basically the printable 6x4s Shimelle gave us with some red and kraft embellishments, so the embellies in the party bag were perfect:

My desk today (well last night, as you can see from the darkness outside) looks much as it usually does - work in progress. But my dining room table is covered with 3 page kits I've made up from the first 2 prompts of Scrapbook Remix - a 2 colour layout; a summery layout and a loyout using B-sides. I've also got my pink Christmas stash box out and sorted out all my Christmas papers in preparation for seasonal crafting and Journal Your Christmas.

I'm looking forward to actually making some pages once Half Term starts, but for now I'm enjoying making up kits and refinding stuff I haven't seen for months.

Good for you, getting so much inspiration from Shimelle's new class already :) Seems like we're the only ones on half term this week, everyone else seems to be next week! Not that I'm in work at the moment anyway...

I think sometimes going through your stash, making up kits, or just rearranging things can prove ever so inspiring.

You are a model of efficiency! Finishing LSNED, starting the new class and thinking about Christmas.

Love that the holidays mean craft time to you (as opposed to no free time for me!!)

Take care.

I lov kitting for layouts - it really focuses me. And clearly I need that as I SWEAR I am the only crop-goer who hasn't managed something with the little challenge goodie.

DOH!

Looks like lots of fun papers on your table. I created a page based on Scrapbook Remix prompt one yesterday and am hoping to find a little time for another layout today.

Love what you've done! Nice to have the space to spread out when it's needed, am glad I've now got that option. Am looking forward to HT too, no routine to worry about and hopefully some crafting sorted. Take care Zo xx 71

I like your LSNED box! Bet it's a great feeling to have it finished before getting stuck into the new class. And that's before we even think about JYC..

You did a great job on the contents of the gift bag at Julia crop! Looks good.

I love page kits too. Makes it so much easier to grab something and get to work on it!
