8 down, 13 to go

I only managed to 'scavenge' 2 photos this week, but I've got my list ready to take to France with me next week.
20 A swing hanging from a tree.
MY picture (OK, Gwen!) of my niece swinging in mother-in-law's garden

2. A clothesline.
I haven't been able to dry clothes outsde much in the terrible summer the UK has been having so I took the opportunity to take this from an unusual angle.

My daughter's school is expanding and has recently opened a new extension, including a lovely new library. I spent a few hours there this week help to  re-catalogue all the books, so I have another picture for category 13. Is that allowed?  I also sneaked a read of a new book by Julia Donaldson, 'Tyrannosaurus Drip'. We love Julia Donaldson's books in our family, and this was one I hadn't read before.

Ooh, what a lovely library - I'm getting itchy shelving fingers just looking at it!

Oh, I love children's libraries - makes me want to plop down on the floor & read!! I still haven't found a swing or a clothesline - great job!

I adore the swing picture!
And I also just checked out your sports day layout. I like the finished one. I sometimes add patterned ribbon or washi tape if I feel like I need a pattern and all I've used is cardstock.
Interesting reading your feelings about the day as well. I think it's great how scrapping helps us to reflect on our underlying thoughts.

I like the swing shot too - it's a lot of fun! Interestingly, I took many a clotheline shot that was almost identical to the one you have here today - I really like that perspective.
