Taking Stage A to Stage B

I'm sure I posted these a few weeks ago, but I can't find them so here they are again (that will teach me not to use labels precisely enough).
These are what Shimelle called 'Stage A' layouts.  They were not quite finished but I was able to put them away in my album until I got round to doing the final touches.
Last night, waiting up for P to come home from France, I got them out and added journalling and embellishments. It was quite strange scrapping in this way, as I usually focus on one from start to finish, and i don't think I like quite as much as I like others, but it was comforting to have another 4 layouts finished as I am feeling a bit daunted by the huge pile photos I have at present.
I didn't take a picture of this last one at Stage A:

You did a fine job of going back to them! I'm afraid they might have languished in my albums for months! Though I suppose there is a case to be made that having some half finished pages is better than having no pages at all..

They're lovely - I particularly like the journaling strips on the 3rd one :) I'm usually pretty good at finishing a layout once I've started it, but if I leave it part done then I'm completely rubbish about getting back to it and EVER finishing it....
