Oooh, I do love a good (royal) wedding!

And this was a good one. I felt truly proud to be British as I watched the crowds of people cheering Prince William of Wales and Catherine, now Duchess of Cambridge, yesterday.

We went all out to celebrate yesterday with family, feasting on a buffet of dishes which everybody in the family had contributed to. The theme was English garden party food and included SIL's bacon and egg pie (not quiche, that's French, and apparently it contains cream), MIL's scrummy Coronation chicken, A's Olde English syllabub, scones and cream.

We dressed up for the occasion (plastic tiaras and all), sipped Bucks Fizz and watched almost all of the 4 hours of Royal Wedding coverage together. I was in awe of Catherine's apparent composure, until she came out onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace and gasped at the 2-million strong crowd. I can't blame her, I'd be a nervous wreck! It was a perfect day, a perfect wedding and I could feel the genuine love this couple shares for each other.

Please share your views of Kate and Wills' wedding and your own beautiful dress.

It was a lovely wedding, and they look so happy and content. I really liked the trees they had in the cathedral. They really livened up the place.

I thought they looked very much in love, with a string bond of friendship a swell...you could see their eyes twinkling at each other and stolen smiles.

I loved the 'Ok, Wow' gasp as Cate came onto the balcony.

It's amazing to go to see this site and reading the views of all friends about this article, while I am also eager of getting familiarity.
