What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday

I have been AWOL from WOYWW for a couple of weeks, due to work commitments and then a laptop-free holiday. Now we are back at school, my adult ESOL classes have only 3 weeks to go until their Speaking exams - cue stress on the part of both students and teacher! We have quite a lot to cover in a short time, so I suspect my crafting time will be precious. Don' you hate it when life gets in the way of hobbies?!

Anyway, to the point which, if you don't already know, is to show you what is going on amongst the messy table I fondly call a workdesk. Pop over to Julia's blog if you are a WOYWW newbie (there must still be some in cyberspace!)

You can see a card in progress - another Flower Fairy decoupage card in blues and purples. However, I am much more in need of cards for children at the moment so the envelope contains a tiny jigsaw out of a Christmas cracker which I thought it would make an effective children's card. If I leave it out I'm more likely to get around to it.

Nothing much else to show. Don't forget to comment on my previous post if you'd like to take part in Pass the Book. If you like WOYWW, you'll love 'Inspiration. Where Women Create'.

I'm look forward to seeing what everyone else is up to. I'm sorry I don't get round to all of you every week, but I try to vary the random selection of people I do visit. I love finding a new blog I haven't visited before and sharing someone's creative vision.

That leaving things out so you use them thing? Gets me every time. Now I'm piling things on top of things in the hope of using them all!

Think I class as a newbie, it is only the second week I've done this! I'm clicking on names I recognise and lots of random names off the list, so hopefully will get to a nice mixed selection of people. It is just so good seeing that everyone has a well used desk!

Know what you mean about time, it seems to come in waves, all or nothing. Hope you can make some time for yourself.

Such a creative desk. I am a teacher too and I hate when marking steals crafting time, but it has to be done.
