Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!
P has never been into Valentine's Day. I didn't get more than a kiss this morning. Still I insist on marking the day so i left this card on his laptop to be found when he came downstairs.
(I added the rest of his name after taking the photo - is that paranoid?)
The lovely vintage wooden Scrabble tiles and dictionary page were part of  the gorgeous ephemera I was sent by Cath from Cyprus several months ago which I had been saving for something special. I'd made the heart tag a while ago for another project, which I never completed.

P is a great Scrabble and crossword fan so this was perfect. He is lucky though- the other side of the dictionary page said 'Spasmodic'!
Hope today is as romantic as you could wish.

Hope you have a special day too. Mine is just like yours but, like you, I gave him a card :-) Pop over to my blog and pick yourself up some love to spread to all your blogging friends.
A x

Oh it's a really lovely card Kirsty - I too will offer a non reciprocated card, but I don't mind. But don't tell him!

Oh, that's beautiful! Love the comment about the dictionary paper - I once was sent a paper flower made from a page from an old dictionary; unfortunately, that particular page included the word 'gonorrhea'!! I haven't used the flower on any projects yet - still waiting for the right one, and not at all sure what the right one might be!!

Soooo? After he got this beautiful card, did that change anything? Did he spring for something more than a kiss for you? *smile* I would think that would at least warrant a box of chocolates!
Thx for visiting me...
