Spot the Difference?

When I plan a scrapbook layout, I always start with the photo. Then, because I don't have space to leave work in progress lying around, I gather all the bits I think I'll need together(any patterned papers which work with the picture, matching alphas and embellishments which might possibly suit etc) and put them in a page protector. I'll have way too much stuff for one page at this stage. Then I usually come up with a sketch in my head over a couple of days, and plan the journalling on the computer. This is often as far as I get so I might have 3 or 4 ready to go next time I go to a crop or have time to sit down and finish them off.
I did this a while ago with a Christmas photo, but I hadn't got around to actually sticking it down. I had a gorgous sheet of die-cut cardstock from BoBunny and everything was ready to go, so it was a surprise to open my new issue of Scrapbook Magazine last week to find the exact same piece of die-cut paper with the exact same layout.I have nothing against scraplifting, though I am usually very bad at it, but this was honestly not scraplifted. I wish I'd finished mine before I saw Anne Hafermann's LO in the magazine, but it spurred me on to get it completed and I flatter myself that great minds think alike!
